 4. Has anyone ever had a problem with a "fake" on the receiving end of the gloryhole? I would be willing to try using a gloryhole one day but am afraid some weirdo may not be there for "fun and games" but rather to bite or break a dick in the hole. Paranoia, I know, but anyone ever had any horror stories? Or are they relatively safe?

 there is a $5 min to go in the back where the boothes are,you just pay the cashier for the tokens and go in the back and have fun..dont know of any rules and it depends on who is blowing you if their going to swallow or not
