It seems that now that the weather is warming up, no one wants to go to the M&G's. Maybe it's because you want something different. So here's your chance to get out of the city and back to the country. We are hosting a weekend long camp-out. Stay all weekend or come for the day, your choice. We have several acres of land for outdoor activities. And it's secluded - cut loose and have fun. We are about 70 miles from downtown Indy.
We will provide pizza for Fri. night and breakfast on Sat.
We will provide the Meat for the grill on Sat. - Breakfast on Sun.
Bring your tent, fishing pole, lawn chair, covered dish for Sat. dinner, and your own drinks. (we will provide setups)
We are asking for a $10pp/$15pcpl to offset cost of food.

I have gotten quite a few emails about this and thought I would post answers to questions here - in case others had the same ??
We don't have a lake, but do have a stocked pond to fish in. So bring your Fishing pole.
We do have a horseshoe pit.
We do have room for a camper and can hook up ele., but no septic hook up or water.
We do have extra tents - just let us know if you need one.
If your interested please send me an email if you can - so I will be able to email the info to you. Damm filters.

I have a 24' travel trailer. Would your property be able to accommodate that somewhere? Yes, it can sleep up to 6. I have dibs on my side of the short queen bed though.
Would love to get out of town and meet you all.

Peppermint - I am still checking on hot tub prices. I will let you know. I have pleanty of firewood - if i can con one of the boys or hubby into splitting some (hint hint Charlie), thanks for offering.

i'm in on the hot tub...when you find out what its going to run just let me know...and if needed i can help with the set up...i do know a thing or two about plumbing...of course though i would expect a rental to be a set and fill unit with no real set up nessisary...but just in case , feel free to ask for my services....

Thanks Shy, just checking in from sunny hott Florida. I will get the Firewood cut next week while I'm home. & look forward to seeing you all get back to nature. I (Charlie) am also hoping to find an area for Dancing, I need some suggestions or requests for songs. have a large selection now but will try to add anything I don't have.

ok I am still working on the hot tub, but the place I rented from before has gone out of business, anyone know of a place that rents them?? I will keep looking, and keep everyone updated.

amerefigment - dsl internet works good. Verizon signal works good - thanks to my neighboors new cell tower. All other cell providers service is iffy.
I will have info sheets with me tonight - be sure to ask for one, if I forget to give you one.

We have lots of garden hose - can reach most of the property. I do have one of those rectangle "family" pools - about 12 -18 inch deep. I can set that up now so the water will be warm at the camp out.
Also anyone that did not get an info sheet last Fri. please email me or post here so I can get the info to you.

The place I rented from before has gone out of business. I have called around and no one seems to rent hot tubs any more. I will keep looking but right now it don't look to promising. If any one knows of a place please let me know.
