Why AdultFriendFinder prohibit talking about safer sex? Tell me specifically what's wrong and why you always need to ban my blog? ---
I need my play partner-to-be to get tested STI before playing with me. A safer sex is a must for me. I’d like to control things I can control before it gets into my system, so is why I am writing this to protect myself.
According to all of the STI/STD control centers;
“There's a period of time after a person is infected during which they won't test positive. This is called the STI/HIV “window period." The window period can be from 10 days to 3 months, depending on the person’s body and on the STI test that is used.
During that time, you can test STI/HIV-negative even though you're STI/HIV-positive. You can still get STI/HIV from someone who is in the window period. In fact, there is evidence that a person in the window period is more likely to pass the virus on."
Which means that at least you need 90 days of “window period” to know you are completely free from those STI.
After all it is for your own health sake to test yourself after the required window period for the testing type you are taking - so you should ask your clinic and/or the center you go for checking what the required window period for the test they use. Sometime it is 60 days.
If you give oral pleasure to your playmate and deep kissing, wearing a condom doesn't protect you much.
Without the clean test result, I do not even feel like kissing a guy honestly saying.
Happy safer sex ♥
