 症状が出てからでは、遅いと言う事も多いですからね^^;

 こんにちは、うつりゆく日々と同じで身体も変わっていきますね。
焦ることなき、何があっても上手に付き合うのがいいですよね。
私も年一の宝探しに（笑）一喜一憂（笑）してますけど。
