AFF email now screwed up???

So that IM doesn't feel inferior, AdultFriendFinder email is now screwing up. Messages are slow to be delivered. Can't all be seen. And what I discovered this morning, whole series of recent messages are missing. I have friend whom I email regularly and the last message in the conversation is from April. Grrrrrr

 I'd love to quit paying for the membership but I have a whole bunch of friends I'd lose contact with. Wish AdultFriendFinder could provide minimal service.

 Tried cashing in some points yesterday to send mail. Half way through the messages (2) I hit the enter button and suddenly the message I was writing disappeared. Don't know if either one was sent, or what, just that 400 points disappeared. I sent a nasty gram to customer service but expect to be ignored!!!

 It's most likely due to this site fixing security issues, or some neglected problems, or new technology they need to implement, that is causing some issues for the users. So if you enjoy your stay here, then don't bad mouth it, without knowing the reasons why members are experiencing "technical difficulties." Let's wait and get answers first. The whole site hasn't crashed, you know!
Being curious and asking questions is a good thing!
